Tailored Programming - this is where I begin to build your programme, taking into account: your lifestyle, habits, physical capabilities and goals.
Check-ins - this is where we work together through discussion and feedback to alter your programme and develop habits.
HOW MANY TIMES A WEEK DO YOU RECOMMEND TRAINING?
I will give you all the knowledge you will need to train away from our session this will vary depending on your goals and will be discussed with each client individually.
